Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 90jj platform. By registering or using the platform, you are considered to have agreed to these terms.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 90jj platform and all its associated services. 90jj operates an online betting and live casino platform for users in Bangladesh. Account Registration and Management

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

Every user wishing to create an account on the 90jj platform must meet the following conditions:

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must hold a valid national identity card or passport.
Only one account may be opened per person.
Multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or within the same household are prohibited.
Residents of countries where online betting is completely prohibited may not register.

1.2 Information Required at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration. If false information is provided, 90jj reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any accumulated balance. If any information changes after registration, the support team must be notified immediately.

1.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

90jj reserves the right to verify a user's identity to ensure secure transactions and prevent money laundering. The following documents may be requested at any time before or after a deposit or withdrawal:

Copy of national identity card or passport.
Selfie or photo with identity document.
Proof of ownership of the payment method.
Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

1.4 Account Security

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

2.1 Deposit Rules

The 90jj platform currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account's verification level.

Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
Using a payment method registered in a third party's name is prohibited.
Depositing funds from suspicious sources is prohibited.
Deposit processing is generally instant.

2.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required if a security check is needed.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be held if verification has not been completed.
Withdrawals may be restricted until bonus wagering requirements are met.
90jj reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal request in cases of suspicious activity.

          Please note: The minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
        

2.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the 90jj platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no need for currency conversion and there are no hidden conversion fees.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus can be received only once and applies to the first successful deposit only.

The account must be fully verified before the bonus is credited.
The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements are met.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw the bonus. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in wagers.

3.3 Bonus Abuse is Prohibited

Abusing the bonus system, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to earn bonuses through any fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

3.4 General Terms for Promotional Offers

Each promotion has its own validity period — claims will not be accepted after the period ends.
Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
90jj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
Bonus offers must be used for personal entertainment purposes only.

4.1 VIP Levels

90jj has five VIP levels. Members can advance to higher levels through regular play and active participation on the platform:

Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

4.2 Cashback Terms

Weekly cashback is calculated every Monday and credited to eligible users' accounts. The cashback amount is determined directly based on betting activity. Minimum wagering requirements may apply for cashback withdrawal.

4.3 VIP Benefits

Members at higher VIP levels can enjoy special benefits including faster withdrawal processing, exclusive promotional offers, and priority customer support. However, these benefits may change at 90jj's discretion.

Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

Placing bets using any software bot or automated system.

Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.

9.3 Dispute Resolution

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, server outage, or internet connectivity issue, 90jj will attempt to refund the bet where applicable; however, compensation cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

10.2 Changes to Terms

90jj reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be given appropriate notice before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

10.3 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions will be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable law. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions will remain fully in effect.
